Getting Started
Do I need any prior AI knowledge before requesting an AI Audit?
Not at all. We pair you with professional developers who guide you through everything you need to know — from complete beginners to established enterprises. During your consultation, our team performs a short assessment and recommends the right path based on your goals, so you're never expected to understand the technology before we begin.
Are consultations conducted by phone or in person?
We offer three options: an initial phone consultation, an in-person onsite visit at the client's office, and a Zoom session (treated as an onsite consultation). Onsite office visits and Zoom calls are conducted as a paid AI Audit consultation — a flat fee that's credited toward your project when you move forward. You're welcome to choose whichever format best fits your schedule.
How quickly will I see results from an AI Audit?
Many clients receive a working AI voice agent within 4–6 business days after the details are finalized in your consultation. Exact timelines depend on scope — because most engagements involve customization, they're confirmed during that meeting. Our developers work diligently to keep the process professional, transparent, and smooth.

Can I switch or add to a service later?
Absolutely. If your goals evolve or you'd like to customize or add a different solution, our team can adjust your services at any time. New or expanded work may require an updated audit and an additional fee, which we'll outline clearly before any changes begin.
Is there a free trial or introductory offer?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation at no cost. It's the best way to experience our professionalism and dedication firsthand and to see how we can help your business secure the right solutions. Spots are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend reserving early.
Do you offer a discount for long-term retainers?
Yes. Discounts are available for businesses that require ongoing monthly maintenance or extensive system integrations. Clients who prepay for a minimum of six months upfront receive a 10% discount. Our team will walk you through the details as your service agreement is finalized.
How many AI services can my business use?
We tailor every engagement to your needs. During the audit, we make sure your core requirements are met first, then map out options you can expand into as your business grows — so you start with exactly what you need and scale on your terms.

Audits & Scheduling
What happens if I miss a scheduled meeting?
For onsite office meetings, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. While the onsite consultation fee still applies, there is no additional charge for rescheduling within that window.
What scheduling options are available?
We generally offer weekday appointments, Monday through Friday, with morning and afternoon slots, plus Saturdays by request only. Availability is confirmed during your initial phone contact, where a Zoom or onsite consultation appointment is set.

Fees & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.
When are payments due?
Onsite and Zoom consultation deposits are due once your service agreement is signed. Once a project is finalized and live, the remaining balance is due. Retainer payments are billed at the start of each month.
Is a deposit required to begin?
Yes. A deposit secures your project once your agreement is signed, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Specific amounts are reviewed with you during your consultation.

Data Security & Privacy
How is my business data protected?
We treat your data as confidential and handle it with care. We collect only what's necessary to design and deliver your AI workflows, limit access to the team members working on your project, and follow secure practices for storage and transfer. The specific safeguards for your engagement are reviewed with you during your audit.
Will my data be used to train public AI models?
No. Your proprietary business information is used solely to build and operate the solutions you've engaged us for. We do not sell your data or repurpose it to train public, third-party models.
Can we sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We're glad to enter into a mutual non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive information. Just let us know and we'll have it in place ahead of your audit.

Support & Maintenance
What support is included after my AI solution goes live?
Every deployment includes a support window to make sure your solution runs smoothly after launch. Beyond that window, ongoing support, monitoring, and updates are available through a maintenance retainer tailored to your needs.
Who maintains and updates my AI agents and workflows?
Our team does. Under a maintenance plan, we monitor performance, apply updates, and refine your agents as your business and tools evolve — so your AI keeps performing as expected.
What happens if something stops working?
Reach out and our team will diagnose and resolve the issue. Response priorities and turnaround times are defined in your support or retainer agreement so you always know what to expect.

Integrations & Compatibility
Which platforms and tools do your AI workflows connect with?
Our solutions are designed to integrate with the tools businesses already rely on — including popular CRMs, calendars, help desks, email and messaging platforms, and phone systems. During your audit we review your current stack and confirm the best integration approach.
Can your AI voice agents work with my existing phone system?
In most cases, yes. We assess your current setup during the audit and recommend the most reliable way to connect your voice agent — whether that means integrating with your existing number and provider or provisioning a new line.
What if I use a less common or custom platform?
We regularly work with custom and niche systems. If a direct integration isn't available, we'll evaluate options such as APIs or middleware and walk you through what's possible during your consultation.

Results, Ownership & Guarantees
Who owns the AI workflows and agents you build?
You do. Upon final payment, the custom workflows and agents we build for your business are yours. Any underlying third-party platforms or services operate under their own licensing terms, which we'll make clear up front.
What results can I expect from implementing AI?

Do you offer revisions if the solution isn't quite right?
